This 3-storey building was purchased from In-Communities in August 2010. This building was previous used as a residential place for the elderly and had 37-flats and communal areas. A ‘Change of use’ Planning Approval was obtained and Phase 1 of the redevelopment involving the bottom two floors has been successfully completed. A ‘Place of Worship’ certificate was obtained in December 2014 for the Girls Academy, Ladies Hall and Mens Hall areas.

Residential Flats – area has been in use since 2011.
Girls Academy Worship Area – has been in use since January 2013 the area currently has 13 classrooms, a staff room and ablution area.

Training Room – is managed by the West Bowling Activity Group (WBAG) and has been in use since October 2014. Various courses are available, for further information click here.
Phase II – of the redevelopment will insha’Allah commence in May 2015. The plans for this area include an I.T. suite, Library, Girls school for 16-18 year-olds, Hall and Fitness area.
Training Courses – the Madni Centre offers a variety of training courses including; english, childcare and I.C.T
